I started TE'S in mid December but still doing surveys. I found this site  called Click Track Profit they offered me a 30 day free trial which I took. They have a certification training which I am in the process of. This training is very good for someone like me who nothing about TE'S or what it means (Traffic Exchanges) I recommend it highly.
